Development Associates is excited to share the completion of the ongoing exterior renovations at 2140 Westover Road in Chicopee, MA.
We would like to thank our dedicated vendors for their outstanding contributions to this project. A special thank you to Bill’s Landscaping LLC, Fortier Painting Inc., and TR’s Excavating & Landscape Construction. Thanks to their expertise, we were able to enhance the property with new shrubs, stone beds and seeding, repaint the exterior of the building, and install an 8″ water main from the street to the building.
We look forward to welcoming tenants to this updated property and continuing to contribute to the growth and success of the Chicopee community.
