As a first time business owner, I really didn’t know a good landlord from a bad one, but I can definitely say that Development Associates has been there for me. As a start‐up, I needed incubation space to get me going and within a year I was looking to double that space. We felt like we were treated like first class customers at a high-end hotel, When dealing with Travis & Mark it felt like we were a guest, they asked what our needs were and they found ways to meet those needs. We felt like we were welcomed, we felt we were listened to as far as our needs and our needs were addressed.

From the moment our space was identified as a potential option, Gandara has had such a positive experience with Development Associates. Klein Industries used to be located in Holyoke, MA. We operated out of a building that we outgrew over the years, and the building was no longer in the best condition to operate out of. Development Associates helped us find a new home for our business located in Chicopee, MA. When going through the build out stage, it was a relatively easy process especially when our needs were heard and taken into account. Most of our interactions were with Travis and we would most definitely say that on a scale of 1-10 and 10 being the best that Development Associates is of the best. Klein Industries would give Development Associates a double thumbs up and we certainly recommend them.
