MassHire Franklin Hampshire Career Center moved into the Greenfield Corporate Center at the end of May  2023 after a lengthy strategic planning process that included a complete rebuild of existing space.  Operations Manager, Travis Ward, patiently guided us through each step and kept us on track to meet deadlines while managing to help reduce our overall anxiety.  This new location offers our staff and customers a scenic view of trees and flowering bushes from both outside and inside the building, as well as a scheduled bus stop, ample parking and easy access to resident businesses.  During our move, Corporate Center staff, specifically the Maintenance Department, led by Mark Hine, readily assisted with the arrival and unloading of moving trucks and delivery of office furniture.  They also worked in tandem with building tradesmen pre and post-move and communicated completion status to Career Center managers throughout the process. Greenfield Corporate Center staff (Mark, Joe, Lauri and Everett) continue to respond professionally and expediently to questions and requested assistance with any building related matters.  They are always friendly, pleasant and professional.  Our entire experience, from the planning phase, the actual move and settling in to our new space has been extremely positive.  All Greenfield Corporate Center staff have been and continue to be a pleasure to work with.  We couldn’t be happier in our new home!

Refresh Valley Dental, LLC is a professional dental office located in Northampton. Our goal is to make it easy to be healthy, eat good food, and smile with confidence. We chose 15 Atwood Drive to start our practice due to its convenient location, professional presentation, tenant improvement contribution, and the convenience of having them oversee our construction. Travis, the Operations Manager for Development Associates, was excellent to work with. He made the construction and lease process as easy and predictable as possible. We do fire investigation work all over the world. We were in a dated, old office space and  needed to upgrade. Ken and Travis at Development Associates showed us a rough, open space and in 60 days they built out new offices with a meeting room, a climate-controlled storage room and new lab with a separate HVAC system. Now we have the office and lab facility we need with room to grow. Development Associates executed our buildout quickly and their team stayed ahead of the thought process on all our requirements. Klein Industries used to be located in Holyoke, MA. We operated out of a building that we outgrew over the years, and the building was no longer in the best condition to operate out of. Development Associates helped us find a new home for our business located in Chicopee, MA. When going through the build out stage, it was a relatively easy process especially when our needs were heard and taken into account. Most of our interactions were with Travis and we would most definitely say that on a scale of 1-10 and 10 being the best that Development Associates is of the best. Klein Industries would give Development Associates a double thumbs up and we certainly recommend them.

From the moment our space was identified as a potential option, Gandara has had such a positive experience with Development Associates. The professionalism of the brokers when showing the space, and the flexibility they offered in allowing us to view it several times was extremely helpful and showed us that if we moved forward with the space, we would be working with a team that was responsive to our needs. The day we moved in we were greeted by Joey because she wanted to make sure we had everything we needed! During that check-in we identified two small things we needed to have looked at. Before leaving that same day, Development Associates already had one of the issues fixed and had scheduled an appointment for the following week to fix the second one!
