AGAWAM CROSSING IS NEW HOME FOR BROWN & BROWN INSURANCE SERVICES, INC.
Development Associates has recently completed a 3,157 square foot, customized office build-out for Brown & Brown Insurance Services, Inc. at Agawam Crossing located at 200 Silver Street.
Brown & Brown Insurance joins other quality tenants at Agawam Crossing such as Baystate Rehabilitation Care Physical Therapy, Agawam Crossing Dental, Ameriprise BFG Group, and Associates in Women’s Health Care, P.C.
Brown & Brown Insurance is the sixth largest independent insurance brokerage in the nation. Brown & Brown provides risk management solutions to help protect what their customers value most. Their company offers three business segments, Retail, Programs and Wholesale Brokerage, offer insurance products and services to businesses, corporations, governmental institutions, professional organizations, trade associations, families and individuals.
Construction for this project began in July and involved adding several offices, huddle rooms, new paint and flooring replacement. Development Associates, a leader in Commercial Real Estate Development, Property Management and Brokerage Services served as the leasing agent and project manager for the renovation of Brown & Brown Insurance’s new office space. Brown & Brown Insurance was represented by Timothy D’Addabbo of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc.
