UCC Roastery is the culmination of two brothers, Şenol and Birol, and their deep passion for coffee, turning a shared dream into a thriving business. Driven by their love for the craft, Birol sought out formal training, earning an SCA-certified coffee roasting certification from leading industry experts. His expertise was further refined through hands-on experience and participation in both national and international coffee events.
In 2024, the brothers officially launched their coffee roasting facility, laying the foundation for UCC Roastery. But this journey goes beyond business—it’s a family affair. Throughout the process, their families provided invaluable support and encouragement. Their wives, children, and loved ones all played a crucial role in making this dream a reality, transforming it into a shared passion and commitment.
After months of preparation and hard work, UCC Roastery is proud to open its doors at 630 Silver St, Unit 4A, ready to introduce its meticulously roasted coffees to the world.
Under the UCC Roastery brand, Telve Turkish Coffee and Blue Jay Coffee will showcase rich, authentic flavors and coffee traditions, offering enthusiasts a taste of excellence. Stay tuned—our first batches of freshly roasted coffee are coming soon, and we can’t wait to share them with you!
