We are pleased to announce that we have signed a lease with Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. at 1994-2000 Westover Road, Chicopee, for 20,000 square feet of warehouse space.
Founded in 2009, Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC) exclusively distributes Red Bull products throughout the United States and works closely with Red Bull North America to support one of the most recognized energy drink brands in the world. Headquartered in Santa Monica, California, the company operates an expansive national distribution network with more than 180 warehouses across 32 states and employs approximately 4,800 people throughout North America.
Red Bull products are currently available in more than 170 countries worldwide, with over 75 billion cans sold since the brand’s launch in Austria in 1987. In the United States, Red Bull has become a leader in the energy drink market through its innovative marketing, sponsorships of major sporting and entertainment events, and strong retail presence nationwide.
We are currently working with the architect to design the warehouse space and look forward to welcoming Red Bull Distribution Company to the community as they continue to grow their presence in the region. Development Associates is proud to be acting as broker for this transaction.
