Founded in 2019 by Senol and Çağla Yılmaz, D & A Wholesale has quickly grown into a trusted supplier of high-quality recyclable packaging products. The company initially specialized in importing pizza boxes from Turkey and Europe, distributing them to restaurants across Massachusetts and Connecticut.
As transportation logistics costs soared during the pandemic, D & A Wholesale pivoted its business model to deliver directly to large distribution companies across the United States. Today, the company serves customers in over 10 states and continues to expand its reach.
They are thrilled to announce the reopening of their warehouse operations in Agawam, which will allow them to better serve regional small distributors. This new chapter will further solidify their commitment to providing sustainable, eco-friendly packaging solutions while supporting local businesses.
Meet the Owners:
Senol Yılmaz holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and brings over 15 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Turkey. After immigrating to the United States in 2018, he embarked on a new entrepreneurial journey, leading the charge at D & A Wholesale. Senol’s extensive background in finance and business operations is a cornerstone of the company’s continued growth and success.
Çağla Yılmaz was trained in Civil Aviation and worked as a flight crew member for Turkish Airlines. After moving to the United States with her family in 2018, she joined Senol in their business venture, bringing a keen sense of operations and customer service to D & A Wholesale. Her experience in a high-demand, global industry has equipped her with a unique perspective on logistics, customer relations, and business development.
