Development Associates, a longtime regional commercial real estate firm, working with affiliated investor Taxiway LLC, has brokered the purchase of 84 Westover Road in Ludlow’s Westover Airpark East.
The 60,000 sq ft facility, former home of Horizon Beverage, is strategically located near the MA Pike/I-291 interchange and is now being offered for lease by Development Associates. John Reed of CBRE Hartford represented the seller in the transaction.
